Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we don't offer returns or exchanges.

If you have any issues with your order, you can contact us from the Contact Us page on this site, or at jaxsoapcompany@gmail.com. If warranted, we will do our best to fix your order issue via a replacement product or refund. We cannot accept return requests on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the shipping package is damaged, please take pictures of the damage and include them when you contact us.


Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
