Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and company vacation days) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing days and shipping days are separate time frames.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $10 flat rate shipping to the US only for order up to $99.99. Free shipping is available for all orders over $100. Free shipping should apply automatically at checkout. Free shipping may not be available if another offer is used when ordering.
Standard shipping is via USPS priority mail. Priority mail packages are usually delivered withing 3 days of shipping, however, exceptions do occur.
Local pickup
We offer a local pickup option for established customers. If you are not a current customer, you can email us at jaxsoapcompany@gmail.com to inquire about local pickup. If possible, we'll make arrangements for porch pickup at our home or an agreed upon location nearby.
International Shipping
International shipping is not offered at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jaxsoapcompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via the Contact page on the website with your order number and a summary of the issue. Please see our return policy page for full policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jaxsoapcompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
